Good reception of customers inside the showrooms and maintaining a high level of service, meeting their needs, delivering goods and customer service, whether before or after sales.
Follow-up with customers from entering the showroom to introduce them to the company’s products until securing their orders, calculating the quantities they need and helping them to coordinate the colors and products required according to their needs, until they arrive to issue their invoices and deliver the goods properly with all that process requires in terms of coordination between all those present in the showroom, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
Keep the showroom organized and clean all the time, and assure that all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are available. Achieve the sales target as per the sales plan.
Commitment to accomplish and achieve management goals and implement the required key performance indicators (KPIs).
Accept customers online request and update E-commerce platform accordingly taking into consideration required items and stock levels. Secure a good stock of all items, especially well-moving ones, to serve customers, by applying the policy to make orders from warehouses according to the minimum and highest for each item, however, adhering to the first-in, first-out policy to avoid dead stock.
Report all missing products in main store to the direct manager.
Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses as per the guideline of warehouse policy and procedure to ensure the accurate stock to avoid any decrease or an increase when conducting periodic inventory operations check.
Submit the financial report to the region accountant when required and adhere to deposit any sales cash amount in daily basis to the company’s account.
Provide the direct manager with regular reports about competitors activities and promotions.
Handle all customers complains and try to solve it professionally and report the complains to the direct manager.
Responsible for maintaining order in the showroom.
Corporate with other branches to resale the slow move items.
Implementation of company’s policies and instructions.
Submitting periodic reports of achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager.
