Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to expand market reach and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage and oversee the sales team, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end F&B sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales and online marketing strategies.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and pricing strategies.
