Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Rendering department located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence within the food services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate rendering processes to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Monitor production activities, maintain quality standards, and optimize workflow.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the rendering facility in accordance with industry standards.
- Address operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a slaughterhouse or rendering facility.
- Strong knowledge of rendering processes and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications in food safety and occupational health and safety are preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in a slaughterhouse environment, including exposure to various physical conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
