Job Purpose
The Junior Site Civil Engineer is responsible for supporting the site engineering team in supervising daily civil construction activities, assisting in progress monitoring, and ensuring that basic site operations are executed in line with approved drawings and safety standards while gaining practical field experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in supervising site labor and ensuring daily tasks are executed as per instructions.
 Help in reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings and shop drawings.
 Support the Senior Engineer in checking the quality of workmanship and materials on-site. 
Assist in measuring and recording daily progress and completed work quantities. 
Coordinate with the logistics team to track material deliveries and site inventory.
 Support the QA/QC team in preparing for site inspections and documenting results.
 Monitor site activities to ensure full adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
 Assist in preparing daily site reports and maintaining organized site documentation.

Experience
 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering or site 

Working Conditions
Primarily site-based, working in outdoor construction environments. 
Requires physical stamina for frequent movement and site tours. 
Standard site hours, with occasional weekend work during critical phases.
