The opportunity;

As an Account Consultant, you will be reporting to the Sales Team Leader under the Sales Department at OpenSooq. He/she will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our infinity database, and meeting sales targets. 



Your role at OpenSooq includes; 


  • Present, promote, and sell OS services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers 
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs 
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling 
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule 
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 


What will make you successful in this role; 

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Arabic and English 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools 
  • Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets and deadlines 
  • Confidence in cold calling and lead generation techniques
