Supervise the daily and monthly sales and aging reports. Control over daily collections and the up-to-date recording. 
Control over cash collections, petty cash and follow up the customer balances and collections. 
Control over the stock in showrooms & warehouses and managing the monthly stock count procedures.
 Ensure the proper calculation of sales commissions according to the policy and the automation of this calculation. Ensure the commitment to the credit policy by applying the AR turnover & DSO analysis. 
Continuous reviewing to customers credit limit, review and approve the new credit limits and coordinate with Credit Controller Manager. 
Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within the team; and Monthly balance confirmation with customers. 
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
 To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager.
