Lead the PM team to execute the Maintenance Plan.
 Diagnose faults, record daily machines break down details and timings, to be presented on a daily and monthly reports.
 Break down root cause analysis to find the proper actions to minimize down time.
 Monitoring, reporting and follow up department KPIs.
 Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, follow up DOM & weekly operation meeting outcomes.
 Assisting section head in day-to-day maintenance activities.  
 Review departmental monthly spare part and fabrication expenses.  
 Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
 Deal proficiently with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs in timely manner
 Generate requests to ensure adequate inventory and cover for future maintenance plans as requirements.
 Define the critical spare parts, safety stock and consumable stocks management.
 Create preventive machine Task list and define the frequency of each task using SAP PM module
 Execute AM/PM system, boards, and adherence and weekly reporting results for system
 Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
 To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager
