HA Sales Supervisor

Northern Region, Saudi Arabia

Purpose: 

 

The HA Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth and market share by leading the sales team and managing dealer relationships to ensure the achievement of regional targets and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Authorize and distribute dealer incentives like display and POP materials to boost dealer engagement and brand visibility to enhance product promotion and dealer support using Shaker's marketing tools.
  • Ensure sales and distribution goals are met through close collaboration with dealers to maximize sales and expand product reach in the market.
  • Keep dealers informed about Shaker products and services to improve product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Track market trends and identify opportunities for growth to respond to market changes and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and feedback to improve team performance and align efforts with company goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives to maintain consistent sales performance and adapt strategies to the local market.
  • Track and assess the sales team’s performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Explore new sales opportunities within the HA market to increase market share and open new revenue streams.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to boost satisfaction and retention to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively to ensure resources are used efficiently and sales goals align with financial targets.
  • Coordinate promotions and maintain product displays in retail environments to maximize brand visibility and sales potential.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stock shortages and ensure smooth product availability.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance and trends to senior management to keep leadership informed to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer demand to adjust sales strategies to remain competitive and meet market needs.   

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.
  • Sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Arabic, with strong reading, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Effective selling and negotiation skills.
