Job Description We are seeking a highly competent and innovative Marketing & Social Media Specialist to develop, implement, and manage the company’s marketing and social media activities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in producing engaging and impactful content, enhancing the company’s digital presence, and executing strategic marketing plans that effectively strengthen our brand identity and connect with our target audience. This role demands advanced digital marketing expertise, strong creative skills, and an up-to-date understanding of social media trends, platforms, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook.. etc.), including content creation, posting, and engagement.
Plan and run paid ad campaigns on social media and digital platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.).
Collaborate with the design team and content creators for campaigns and visuals.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and platform updates.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
Organize promotional events, collaborations, and brand activations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5  years of proven experience in social media management and/or digital marketing.
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
Hands-on experience with social media advertising, 
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate data into effective strategies.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage (F&B) industry.
Familiarity with SEO principles, email marketing, and current digital marketing trends.
Basic skills in graphic design and video editing using tools .
Understanding of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
