Job Purpose The Junior Site Electrical Engineer is responsible for supporting the execution and supervision of electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This role assists in coordinating with project teams, monitoring progress, and supporting testing and commissioning activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in electrical engineering or construction projects (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1 Assist in supervising electrical installation works on-site
.2 Ensure all activities are executed according to approved drawings and specifications
3 Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines
.4 Review shop drawings and technical submittals
.5 Monitor work progress and report any delays or issues.
6 Assist in preparing daily and weekly site reports.
7 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
8 Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
9 Monitor materials usage and report shortages.
10 Assist in resolving technical issues on-site

Competencies & Skills:
Basic knowledge of electrical systems (LV, MV, lighting, power distribution)
Familiarity with electrical drawings and schematics
Understanding of local codes and standard
Good communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
