Role Summary 

The PMO Manager is a structured and execution-focused professional responsible for establishing and driving project management discipline across SAGER’s strategic and operational initiatives. This role ensures that cross-functional projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with leadership priorities, operational capacity, and commercial objectives.

The PMO Manager will work closely with the executive team, department leads, and project owners to implement governance frameworks, track delivery performance, and ensure consistent execution across the company’s core programs, including enterprise deployments, technology development, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage SAGER’s project management office structure, tools, and execution standards
  • Drive delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and accountability
  • Develop project governance frameworks including reporting cycles, milestone tracking, and risk management processes
  • Coordinate closely with leadership and department heads to translate business priorities into executable project plans
  • Monitor project progress across teams, identifying bottlenecks, delivery risks, and resource constraints
  • Maintain structured dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide leadership with visibility on execution health
  • Support planning and implementation of key enterprise client projects, operational rollouts, and internal transformation efforts
  • Ensure alignment between commercial, technical, and operational teams throughout project delivery
  • Facilitate weekly execution reviews, follow-ups, and action tracking across ongoing workstreams
  • Implement best practices for documentation, project controls, and delivery discipline across the organization
  • Support strategic planning cycles by consolidating timelines, dependencies, and execution roadmaps

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in project management, PMO, or cross-functional delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of project governance, execution frameworks, and operational reporting
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive structured execution across multiple teams and competing priorities
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
