Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Online Store: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's online stores (Shopify)
- Product Listings: Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance user experience and maximize sales.
- Content Management: Ensure that content is up to date and relevant, managing promotional banners, landing pages, and product categories.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Work with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure product availability and resolve fulfillment issues.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute email marketing, promotional offers, and loyalty programs.
- UX/UI Optimization: continuously improve the user experience across all channels.
- Customer Support: Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve online customer issues, ensuring a smooth purchase experience.
- Market Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with eCommerce platform (Shopify)
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions.
