About the Role:
We are looking to hire Business Analyst, will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical execution across Revest’s integrated platform (POS, ERP, Loyalty, Accounting, Payments, BNPL, HR, and E-commerce). The role focuses on translating complex retail and fintech requirements into clear, actionable specifications that enable scalable, high-quality product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Business & Product Analysis:
. Gather and analyze requirements from internal teams (Retail, Sales, Finance, Operations) and external clients.
. Translate business needs into BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
. Analyze retail, POS, ERP, accounting, and payment flows to ensure end-to-end system alignment.
. Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis for new features, integrations, or regulatory changes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
. Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, AI, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
. Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, demos, and solution-design sessions.
. Act as a key point of contact for requirement clarifications throughout the sprint lifecycle.
- Agile Delivery:
. Break down requirements into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
. Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
. Participate in UAT and validate delivered solutions against business expectations.
- Retail, ERP & Fintech Focus
. Support POS workflows (sales, returns, promotions, inventory, reporting).
. Analyze accounting and financial flows (invoicing, taxation, settlements).
. Collaborate on integrations with payment gateways, BNPL providers, and third-party services.
. Ensure compliance with local and regional regulations (Jordan, KSA, GCC when applicable).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in retail, ERP, fintech, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Proven experience writing BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
