Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our sales team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring excellent customer service within the food services industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Work Environment:
