Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Estimation Engineer to join our engineering team in Amman, Jordan. This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to build their expertise in cost estimation and project support. The successful candidate will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects, while learning directly from senior engineers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in preparing detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Collect and analyze data related to material costs, labor rates, and equipment expenses.
Collaborate with procurement and project teams to gather necessary pricing information.
Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate estimation.
Assist senior estimation engineers in preparing bid proposals and tender documents.
Maintain organized records of estimation data and project documentation.
Participate in project meetings to understand requirements and constraints.
Learn and apply compliance with company standards and industry regulations in estimation activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or related field.
0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Very good in English.
