Account Manager - Enterprise Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IT solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to create customized proposals based on client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and account status.
Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, or other relevant IT areas.
Existing network of contacts in the IT industry.
Experience with account management and sales strategies.
