Job Summary:

 

A Senior sales account manager (or key account manager) is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with the company's most valuable customers. These highly valued customers are known as “enterprise accounts”.

 

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.

 

This individual will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and promoting our IT solutions across various sectors, including government, Telecommunication, finance, healthcare, and education.

 

 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain pipeline of accounts of new sales leads and prospects.
  • Enterprise Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Saudi market, focusing on key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Attract and cultivate new Enterprise customers to enhance sales.
  • Assist in generating new leads by effectively managing current connections and networking with contacts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and other relevant customer information.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through developing business with Existing customers and New Customers.
  • Generate and submit detailed work activity reports on weekly basis, outlining accomplishment, challenges, and upcoming goals.
  • Utilize CRM software efficiently manage and update customer information, sales leads, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client's needs.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals and oversee the transition to the account management team.

 

 

Basic qualifications and Requirements: 

  • · Saudi nationality is required.
  • · Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, BIS or any other related major.
  • · Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business preferably in the IT industry.
  • · Proven Experience:  5 – 7 years of successful sales or business development with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • · Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • · Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
