Ensure and maintain the Cleanliness of the equipment’s & 5s of the work area.
Ensure the received materials and quantities same as mentioned on the batch ticket.
Ensure all the raw materials are available near the machine before starting the mixing process.
Ensure the condition of supply pipeline and valves before starting the mixing process.
Perform the mixing process within the time frame.
Follow work instruction and the mixing procedure as given in the batch ticket
Maintaining or updating the reports as per the sectional requirements.
inform the supervisor immediately for any deviations observed.
Check the paint condition in tank regularly.
Provide the on-job training for the new staff if required.
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager.
