We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator, Production Audit to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the compliance of production processes with industry standards and company policies within a slaughterhouse environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments to maintain high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
Develop and implement audit plans and checklists tailored to slaughterhouse operations.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Monitor and document audit findings, preparing detailed reports for management review.
Ensure adherence to local regulations and international standards related to food safety and animal welfare.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or related field.
Proven experience in production auditing, quality assurance, or compliance within the food services or slaughterhouse industry.
Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, and local regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit management tools.
Work Environment:
The role involves working in a slaughterhouse environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective equipment.
The position may require occasional travel within the region for audits and inspections.
