Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers as they enter the gym, providing information about memberships, services, and facilities.
2. Membership Sales: Promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients, explaining membership options, benefits, and pricing. Lead Generation: Actively engage in lead generation activities, such as cold calling, lead follow-up, and outreach to potential members through various channels.
3. Consultation: Conduct tours of the gym facility for potential members, highlighting amenities and services tailored to their fitness goals. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of gym memberships and encourage sign-ups.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and member interactions using CRM software or other tracking systems.
6. Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the gym management, implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals.
7. Promotions and Events: Assist in organizing and promoting gym events, special promotions, and marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively position the gym's services and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
