Job Summary 

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves actively promoting the company's products and services to prospective clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining strong market presence. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. 
  • Expand market share by identifying potential customer segments and tailoring approaches accordingly. 
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients. 
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure a smooth experience. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. 
  • Develop deep knowledge of the company’s products, solutions, and services. 
  • Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to clients. 
  • Stay updated on new offerings, policies, and operational procedures. 
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. 
  • Present customized solutions based on client needs and business requirements. 
  • Ensure all proposals are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with company guidelines. 
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with clients. 
  • Secure profitable deals that comply with company policies and approval levels. 
  • Ensure contract closure and proper documentation. 
  • Track industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends and provide actionable insights and feedback to management to support strategic planning, and identify risks and opportunities based on market conditions. 
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy, and ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and in line with reporting requirements. 
  • Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales cycle, and coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery. 
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution. 
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events, and represent the company professionally to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. 
  • Maintain complete and organized documentation for all sales activities and transactions. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and approval matrices, manage contracts, forms, and client records systematically. 
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure alignment, and share customer insights and market feedback to support business initiatives, and support cross-departmental projects when required. 


Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 0-4 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. 
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
