Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead our expansion efforts in West Africa, focusing on the trading and sales of machinery, pumps, and detergent production lines for FMCG-related industries. This role is ideal for a results-driven technical sales professional with a strong understanding of the regional market, proven experience in engineering solutions, and a passion for business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities within the West African market, especially in FMCG machinery, pumps, and detergent production lines.
  • Secure engineering project contracts through strategic sales approaches and consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Promote advanced engineering products and services by clearly articulating their value to prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding client experience.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to help clients understand the functionality and benefits of our offerings.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.A. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in technical sales within the machinery, pumps, or detergent production lines industry.
  • Strong professional network and market knowledge in West Africa.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the region.
  • A proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
