Job Description
 We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a high standard of service. You will work closely with other staff to ensure a smooth operation of the bar and contribute to a memorable customer experience. Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes or customer preferences.
Greet customers, take drink orders, and offer menu recommendations in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, bar tools, and utensils.
Monitor customer behavior to prevent overconsumption and promote a safe drinking environment.
Handle cash, process payments, and provide change and receipts to customers.
Assist in inventory management by keeping track of bar supplies, restocking when needed, and informing the manager of low stock.
Prepare garnishes and ensure the bar area is stocked with the necessary supplies before and after each shift.
Ensure all bar equipment is clean, in good condition, and used according to safety standards.
Comply with all health, safety, and alcohol-related regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service during peak times.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
Strong interest in the beverage industry and bartending.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Formal training in bartending or mixology is a plus.
Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail techniques, and bartending tools.
Creativity and a passion for developing new drink recipes and improving the customer experience.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu offerings.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
