Promote ALL IN ONE concept and sell Jazeera's wide range of products to projects within allocated geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good customer relationships, obtain market information and following up on projects to ensure Jazeera's products are used and to achieve sales budget. Keep customer contact by regular visits, responding to customer enquiries, complaints, technical service requirement on Jazeera's products and proper painting systems, stockings and orders to maintain a good relationship. Create new customers by planning, frequent visits to potential customers and attending to mail and quotation to increase market share. Maintain comprehensive project Mapping of ongoing, upcoming, completed and lost project data bank for budgeting and forecasting purpose. Follow up purchase orders from customers and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery of the products to customers Studying the estimation of the project quantity with the project management before requesting a quotation. Ensure profitable selling by achieving budgeted sales targets, maintain average selling price and promote innovations to increase market share. To perform any other duties assigned by his/her direct supervisor / manager Maintain and active use of CRM for project activities and updates regularly, prepare quotations through system and maintain the reference log to trace when its required Prepare and update project mapping (Monthly Action Plan) for follow-up and review on status and be responsible to arrange Technical Advisor visits to mega and large projects to ensure the application is in line with Jazeera's application standards. Conduct Project based presentations in coordination with the main contractors, consultants, specifiers, to promote ALL IN ONE concept and establish Jazeera's application standards and paint specifications To coordinate with Contractors to solve technical issues, propose paint systems and usage, and effectively present/ negotiate technical and commercial aspects of proposals. Secured projects through loyal Jazeera's paint contractors (Sub cont.) as per Jazeera's application standards and should always maintain the applicators list in the data bank Create monthly sales and collection forecast reports and hand them over to Area Sales Manager Coordinate with Distribution Department on logistics, such as delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
