Agents Sales Supervisor

Achieving the agents’ sales goals and Marketing. Manage the Agents team in a region to achieve and develop the agents’ goals. 

Work a permanent analysis of sales in terms of products.

 Supervise the marketing campaigns that are carried out according to the plan and goals. 

Permanent visits to agents and making distinguished relations with Key agents accounts of the company and attract a new agent.

 Working on opening new showrooms while identifying old ones.

 train and qualify the agent’s sales representative, on the level of selling skills and the familiarity of the products. 

Open new markets within the agent's area, developers, carpenters, and building materials stores. 

Follow up on the commitment of agents to Saudization and make sure to achieve the required Saudization rates. 

Provide the perfect stock permanently. Continuous marketing of all types of products in JP.

 Submit periodic reports of the achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager. 

Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods. 

To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager.
