HR & Admin Officer

We are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity on behalf of our partner, a confidential and reputable company, which is currently seeking to hire a qualified and motivated HR & Admin Officer to join their dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits by collecting and verifying attendance, preparing salary slips and closing reports, and managing deductions.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, selection, and onboarding.
  • Track performance evaluations and administrative correspondence.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing and resolving concerns.
  • Contribute to creating a comfortable and supportive work environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., HRMD) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong understanding of Jordanian labor law, social security, and HR policies.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
  • Ability to work with HR Information Systems (HRIS), experience in KayanHR Solution System is an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees.
