Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Key Accounts Sales team to oversee and develop relationships with our key clients within the food services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance environment.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in key account management within the food services industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and company needs.
