Job Description
 We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design team, create compelling visuals, and enhance our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual skills, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to produce high-quality designs across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create visual content for digital and print including social media posts, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, etc.
Develop creative concepts, ideas, and visual themes for occasions, projects, events, and activities.
Design materials aligned with the brand’s identity and visual language.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging creative assets.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet quality and brand standards.
Adapt and resize designs across various platforms and formats.
Work on branding materials, logos, and campaign visuals when required.
Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, advertising, or branding.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
Excellent typography, layout, and color theory knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
Knowledge of UI/UX design and website development principles.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media design.
Ability to conceptualize and execute branding strategies.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior designers.
