We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position.
As an IT support specialist, you'll install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults, solve technical and application problems and ensure the smooth operation of all our critical systems.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for ensuring that all hardware and software are maintained properly and in a timely manner.
Maintain system functionality by testing computer components.
Install and update software applications on employees' devices and assist employees with software-related issues.
Resolving troubleshooting network connectivity issues on devices.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Replacing and repairing the necessary parts.
Maintaining IT security protocol and ensuring data backup.
Document hardware and software updates.
Setting up accounts for new users.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IT Support position.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, IT or a related field of technology. 
Excellent knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and installing hardware.
Ability to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
Strong networking skills, preferably a qualification in network configuration or design.
Time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Available to work shifts.
Key Competencies:
Proficiency in software installation and troubleshooting.  
Competence in user access management and new account setup.  
Knowledge of information backup processes and restore procedures.  
Familiarity with event logging and basic log analysis.  
 Ability to manage and troubleshoot mobile devices.        
Understanding of media handling and secure data practices.  
Awareness of technical vulnerability management and patching.  
Basic understanding of access control principles.
