Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Key Accounts Sales to join our dynamic team in the Food Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with major clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management within the Food Services industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in international markets.
  • Knowledge of the local market dynamics in Dammam and Guinea-Bissau.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
