What You’ll Do: 
✔ Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
 ✔ Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in line with business objectives. 
✔ Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. 
✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, testing, and operations.
✔ Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
✔ Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
 ✔ Ensure that documentation and reporting are complete and accurate. 
✔ Continuously improve project management practices and workflows.
What We’re Looking For: 
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. 
✔ PMP certification is a plus. 
✔ 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in fintech or software development. 
✔ Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. 
✔ Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. 
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. 
✔ Familiarity with financial industry compliance is a plus.
