JOB PURPOSE /SUMMARY:
The Social Investment Project Manager is responsible for devising, executing, and directing social investment initiatives. This role encompasses managing the creation and execution of the organization’s social investment activities, as well as overseeing the social investment elements of the Results Framework and the organization's monitoring and evaluation methodology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement social investment initiatives and monitor their impact
- Build and maintain partnerships with government, community stakeholders, and partners.
- Manage the end-to-end grant process and ensure compliance with objectives.
- Collect and analyze project data and prepare performance and impact reports.
- Coordinate with internal support teams (Finance, Procurement, IT).
- Lead the social investment team, develop annual work plans, and evaluate performance.
- Represent the program in meetings and events as needed.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Political Science, Economics, Sociology or any related field (Essential).
- Master's degree in Social Science, Political Science, Economics, Sociology or any related field (Preferred).
EXPERIENCE:
4-6 years’ experience in Social Investment lead with at least 1 year as a Project Manager.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong knowledge of the non-profit organizations in Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of social investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia
TRAININGS & PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATES:
- PMP Certificate.
- Professional certificate in Social Responsibility or similar
- Professional training in Strategic Management
