Marketing Associate

Role Summary 

The Marketing Associate is an execution-focused professional responsible for supporting SAGER’s marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, and digital channels. This role is ideal for a marketer who can deliver structured marketing support while also contributing to SAGER’s social media presence and day-to-day brand execution. 

The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and commercial teams to help drive visibility, engagement, and lead-generation through consistent, high-quality marketing activities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities into structured marketing initiatives that drive measurable engagement and lead generation 
  • Ensure marketing execution remains consistent, timely, and outcome-oriented 
  • Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives that drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation 
  • Maintain and manage social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement 
  • Support content creation for marketing materials, website updates, newsletters, and client-facing assets 
  • Help track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and marketing KPIs 
  • Contribute to brand storytelling through structured communication and digital outreach
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing execution remains timely and consistent 
  • Assist in event preparation, conference participation, and promotional activations 
  • Conduct market research and competitor monitoring to support strategic planning 
  • Support the development of branded presentations, case studies, and opportunity-specific marketing collateral 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media roles 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and lead-generation tools 
  • Excellent writing, communication, and coordination skills 
  • Organized, proactive, and able to execute tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
