Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cashier to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail transactions, cash handling, and financial reporting. This position is integral to ensuring accurate day-to-day cash flow operations and supporting the finance team in reconciling retail sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and record all cash and credit cards payments with proper related party allocation.
Handling daily, weekly, and monthly cash deposits and payments.
Prepare and reconcile cash balances ensuring accuracy and proper allocation.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of cash transactions.
Monitor and manage all credit cards and petty cash holders for their monthly submissions and refloats.
Support in Monthly and yearly closing process.
Ad hoc cash requests, and reports needed by the management.
 
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cashier or treasury function.
Strong understanding in financial reporting, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
Proficiency in Odoo System is preferable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
