Overview 
As a Graphic Designer at Vardot, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of the company through the creation of high-quality graphic assets and social media content. 
This position requires a combination of artistic skill, technical proficiency in graphic design tools, and a keen eye for detail. 
Key Responsibilities 
Design Creation 
Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for various promotional campaigns, announcements, and other social media initiatives. 
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output. 
Incorporate feedback and iterate on graphic designs to achieve optimal graphic elements. 
Create graphic elements for website layouts, ensuring a seamless and visually pleasing user experience.

Collaborative Work 
Collaborate with the UI UX Design team to create and integrate graphics into websites. 
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visually compelling and consistent campaign assets, both digital and print. 
Brand Ownership 
Maintain the company's brand book, providing clear guidance for internal and external stakeholders. 
Own and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring all graphics align with the established brand guidelines and standards. 
Qualifications 
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. 
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
Familiarity with software design tools such as Figma. 
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. 
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions. 
Experience in creating and maintaining brand guidelines. 
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
Familiarity with web design principles is a plus.
