Job Description:

 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AI Developer to join our dynamic software development team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will assist in designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions to enhance our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
 
Design, develop, maintain, visualize, and fine-tuning a state-of-art ML models with strong emphasis in our KayanHR's analytics capabilities.
Develop AI-enabled products related to AI's various fields.
Monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Build, deploy, and manage AI models and applications within production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability..
Research and participate in design sessions related to features in the KayanHR's analytics.
Conduct research and develop proof-of-concept projects related for our AI-enabled products.
Work closely with other team members to research, develop, and implement solutions and proof of concept projects related to Kayan's AI-enabled products.
Collaborate with colleagues to create insightful, user-friendly software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and platforms.
Identify trends, anomalies, and relationships within complex datasets.
Direct involvement in data-driven projects, including data preparation, preprocessing, collection, and cleaning.
Document and track all systems, pipelines, and best practices to maintain a high operational standard.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Artificial intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related field.
0-2 years of experience in AI development or related roles.
Experience in Python, Git is a must.
Knowledge in ML & LLMs is a must.
Strong Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development (Keras, Tensorflow, Torch, Pandas, Polars, Numpy, NLTK, Langchain, LangSmith).
Experience in Linux is a must.
Experience in cloud computing (GCP, Azur, AWS) is a plus.
Knowledge in DBMSs and REST API development is a plus.
Knowledge of AI ethics and data privacy considerations is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English is a must.
