  • Prepare weekly training curriculum plans and hand them over on time to the academic supervisor.
  • Prepare, revise, and teach training course curricula (theoretical / practical) within the framework of the instruction program assigned to him / her by the academic supervisor. 
  • Coordinate with colleagues and teaching team to implement the Training Section Plan, both theoretical and practical.
  • Follow up implementation of the field training programs, visit different work sites, and prepare final assessment trainer's report related to the practical training.

 

  • Prepare and mark the periodical examinations based on the training course curricula, including preparation of the final curricula examinations.
  • Prepare memorandums on both the theoretical and practical programs based on the training course curricula according to the relevant controls and rules.
  • Prepare and design training support means and methods and use them in the program (theoretical / practical) based on the training course curricula. 

 

  • Follow up trainees’ attendance of the lectures and training lab.
  • Guide and orient the trainees each in his / her discipline.
  • Participate in identifying & setting up requirements, such as equipment’s, training labs, books or other materials needed to provide training.
  • Participate in the preparation of the studies and technical reports within the area of training.
  • Participate in administrative functions and Section's committees, such as study of new specializations, development of the curriculum etc.

 

  • The holder of this job shall be fully responsible for the trainees, equipment's and materials during the implementation of the training program.
  • Follow up the policy of handing over training functions in case of leaves or vacations.
  • Implement safety / security procedures and precautions in the classrooms and training labs.
  • Keep and archive his / her files in accordance with the Institute's relevant criteria.

 

  • Carry out Section's Head assignments without prejudice to the rules adopted by the Institute
  • Carry out assignments, including recording of attendance of the trainees, monitor scores in training & examinations, and any functions assigned by the academic supervisor.
  • Participate in the committees set up by the Training Manager to support the instruction process.
  • Supervise processes and procedures relating to the work to be done and suggest future modifications that suit the adopted Institute's regulations. 
  • Identify & report problems / obstacles faced for the performance of the work to be done
  • Comply with the Institute's regulations/policies, and ethics of the profession as listed in the employment contract. 
  • Represent the Institute in a proper manner in all aspects of dealings, whether within or outside the Institute.
  • Take initiatives and care for improving performance and apply innovations.
  • Communicate with employees & clients and provide them with required information as per the Institute policies.
