Job Purpose:
To contribute to the design and delivery of business and people strategy and management of change in support of operational plans to support programs of continuous organizational performance improvements to help Jazeera Paints achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organization within set KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.
Main Duties:
Review organization designs through analysing business processes and workflow to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of decision making and affected operations.
Lead and support organisational design project that improve people processes, structures, measures, and accountabilities with ultimate goal to optimize the deployment of internal resources to achieve business results
Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with Recruitment Department to address these accordingly
Maintain consistency and integrity of the Job Roles within the business through effective systems and process for Job Analysis, Job Description & Evaluation, organisational structural design, and organisational change
Ensure Job Descriptions are aligned with organizational modifications, and that it reflects the actual duties and reflect standardised language for cross-cutting job skills and complexity levels
Stay up to date with the latest OD trends and practices through research and analysis and apply change management strategies to benefit from the latest advancements in the field and reflect such knowledge to the benefit of the organization
Oversee Status Changes request across Jazeera Paints, to ensure its compliance with the HR Policies & Procedures.
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.
To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business Administration or any other related field with 7 - 9 years of experience.
