Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Key Accounts Sales team to oversee and develop relationships with our most important clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the food services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in key account management and sales supervision, preferably within the food services industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Work Environment:
This role requires a dynamic individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel within the Dammam region to meet clients and attend industry events.
