| Keep records of employees’ related documents such as personal data, compensation, benefits, and termination of employees’ services |
| Administer all medical insurance issues for the company employees including the renewal of medical insurance policies and new employees’ insurance. |
| Arrange accommodation and hotel reservations, ensuring that it is according to the company policy. |
| Provide the direct manager with all required reports that related to admin. |
| Lead the investigation and proceed with penalties whenever needed as per the company and labour law policies. This includes issuing all type of waring letters and secures the employee signature. |
| Receive the employee ticket request and proceed it as per stander price list. |
| Handle the travel arrangements of business trip (Reservation ticket, hotel, and daily expense). |
| Issue the internal memos as well as the employees’ letters as per the company policy and procedures. |
| Receive and verify business card online request as per the company policy and procedures. |
| Manage all event operations and announce it to the communication channels. |
| Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods. |
