Responsibilities:
Follow all relevant Regional Sales department’s policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement 
Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within Shaker
Demonstrate and ensure a sales approach and level of service that will attract and retain long-term customers/ dealers
Achieve monthly sales targets, collection targets and minimize customers/ dealers returns
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers/ dealers
Negotiate the terms of sales agreement and closing sales in coordination with concerned department (i.e. legal)
Gather competitor's market and customer information
Represent the Company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations, when required
Increase personal knowledge of the Company’s brands products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development.
Maintain updated knowledge of sales, promotions, and warranty policies
Regularly submit sales report to the Sales Manager to ensure sales plan is moving to achieve sales target
Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and trends.
Search for new clients who could benefit from Shaker's products and services
Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
Record and maintain dealer/customer full information and ensure completion of customer files
Analyse feedback received from customers/ dealers and raise significant issues to concerned department heads to identify areas for improvement and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Business Administration, Retail management or equivalent is required.
2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
