We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Store Managers. As a member of Stars Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail stores, ensuring that sales, customer satisfaction, and store standards are consistently met.
Job Summary
• Store Manager
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for busy periods.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure availability of products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to provide exceptional service.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle employee concerns and resolve conflicts as necessary.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Customer Service:
- Ensure customers receive excellent service, addressing concerns or complaints promptly.
- Promote customer loyalty programs and sales initiatives to increase customer retention.
- Ensure that all customer-facing employees are trained in product knowledge and customer service protocols.
• Sales and Performance:
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the store.
- Regularly track sales performance and analyze results.
- Implement strategies to drive sales and improve profitability.
- Analyze product trends and customer preferences to guide inventory and promotional strategies.
• Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Ensure proper handling of stock and supervise stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries and correct stock levels.
• Reporting and Administration:
- Submit regular reports on store performance to senior management.
- Track financial performance, sales, and customer feedback.
- Manage budgets and control store-related expenses.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field, with a proven track record in leading and managing teams.
