Extruder Line Team Leader (Corn/Snacks)

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
3–5 years of experience operating or leading extrusion machine teams, preferably in chips/snacks manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise machine operators. 
Operate and adjust extruder machines according to specifications. 
Monitor production performance, minimize waste and downtime. 
Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments. 
Train team members on machine operation and safety procedures.

Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team motivation skills. 
Quick troubleshooting of technical issues.
 Commitment to product quality and safety standards. 
Flexibility to work in shifts.
