We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Regional Sales to oversee and drive sales operations across the Dammam region. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and lead a team to achieve revenue targets in the food services industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share in the Dammam region.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for regional operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the food services industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
