They are responsible for overseeing the financial activities and management of the organization, ensuring that the financial systems are robust and compliant, and support current activities and future growth. In collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Financial Manager creates financial reports, directs investments, and creates plans and strategies for the long-term financial benefit of the organization. Additionally, the financial manager supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. This entails crafting budgets, producing prompt and precise monthly financial reports, examining budget discrepancies, and proposing actionable enhancements. |
