Solution Architect:
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Analyse client requirements and assess their current cybersecurity posture.
Design and develop security architectures that address client needs while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate security solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Stay updated with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in cybersecurity.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
Provide expert guidance on security policies, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Deliver security training and awareness programs for clients and internal teams.
Document security architectures, processes, and procedures for ongoing reference and compliance.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on solution architecture.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
Proficiency in security technologies such as firewalls, SSE, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and endpoint security.
Experience with cloud security practices and technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.) are highly desirable.
