Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Supervisor to join our educational team in Birzeit, Palestine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kindergarten, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the kindergarten to ensure a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of teaching staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure environment for all children.
  • Utilize technology and educational applications to enhance learning experiences and facilitate communication with parents.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Contribute to the planning and organization of special events and activities that promote early childhood development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and other relevant documentation.
  • Promote a team-oriented work environment and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Love for children and the ability to interact with them with care and attention.
  • Good proficiency in the English language (speaking and teaching).
  • Excellent communication skills with children and parents.
  • Familiarity with basic educational technology and applications, and the ability to utilize them to support educational processes and communication.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to children's safety and well-being.
  • Positive personality, professional presence, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
