Job Title: IT Support Engineer
About Job: provide technical support, manage cloud infrastructure, and troubleshoot financial trading systems in a fast-paced fintech environment.
 Location: Amman, Jordan. 
What You’ll Do: 
🔹 Azure Cloud Expertise: 
✔ Manage Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Storage Accounts.
 ✔ Utilize Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for troubleshooting. 
✔ Configure and maintain Azure Networking (VNETs, Load Balancers, NSGs). 
🔹 Financial Application Support:
 ✔ Support and troubleshoot trading systems, market data feeds, and order management systems.
 ✔ Understanding of FIX protocol and ability to work with FIX troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, Fix Analyzer). 
🔹 Database Management & Troubleshooting: 
✔ Write and optimize SQL queries. 
✔ Manage and maintain Azure SQL Databases.
 ✔ Perform database performance tuning and indexing. 
What We’re Looking For: 
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 
✔ 2+ years of experience in IT support, cloud infrastructure, or database management.
✔ Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services & SQL databases. 
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills for financial applications and trading systems. 
✔ Understanding of network security, firewalls, and access controls. 
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
