Role Summary 
The Financial Manager is a senior finance professional responsible for overseeing SAGER’s financial health, ensuring disciplined cash flow management, accurate financial reporting, and strong internal controls. This role supports strategic decision-making by providing clear financial visibility across budgets, operational spend, investor requirements, and growth planning. 
The Financial Manager serves as a key partner to senior leadership, ensuring that financial processes, documentation, and compliance frameworks are robust enough to support enterprise-scale operations, audits, and future fundraising activities. 
Key Responsibilities 
Monitor company cash flow, burn rate, and overall financial performance against approved budgets
Track key financial indicators to ensure sustainability and operational efficiency
Provide proactive visibility on runway, cost drivers, and near-term financial risks
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, and executive management reports
Develop financial models and projections to support strategic planning and growth initiatives
Deliver clear, decision-ready insights to leadership on financial performance and resource allocation
Lead budgeting cycles and ensure structured monitoring of departmental spend
Support financial planning, risk assessment, and long-term resource optimization
Maintain the investor data room with accurate, up-to-date financial documentation
Prepare reporting materials for investors, board-level discussions, and fundraising processes
Ensure audit readiness through disciplined documentation and financial governance
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records across transactions and reporting cycles
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, local regulatory requirements, and internal financial controls
Strengthen financial governance as SAGER scales across markets and operational complexity
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
(CPA/ACCA qualification is a strong plus.) 
Minimum 5–7 years of financial management experience, ideally in fast-growing or operationally intensive companies
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Proven experience managing cash flow, burn rates, and investor-facing financial documentation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
