We're Hiring: Network and System Engineer
 Location: Amman, Jordan 
About the Job: to design, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable, and highly available IT infrastructure. This role combines network engineering, server administration, and cloud technologies.
 Responsibilities: 
✔ Design, configure, and maintain Firewalls and network devices.
 ✔ Administer virtual Windows servers, including patching, backups, and performance optimization.
 ✔ Deploy and support services in cloud environments.
 ✔ Monitor infrastructure performance and availability across the network, servers, and cloud systems. 
✔ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users and applications. 
✔ Implement and enforce security policies and standards across all systems.
 ✔ Maintain system and network documentation, topology diagrams, and change logs.
 ✔ Collaborate closely with IT, DevOps, Security, and external service providers.
✔ Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
 Requirements:
 ✔ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 
✔ 2–4 years of experience in network and system administration or support. 
✔ Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and firewalls. 
✔ Experience in Windows server environments (Active Directory, file shares, etc.).
 ✔ Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms). 
✔ Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools.
 ✔ Familiarity with IT security principles, tools, and best practices.
 ✔ CCNA, NSE4, or similar certification required (cloud/security certs are a plus). 
✔ Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
